Use cases. Promotional toilet paper is a memorable, slightly cheeky way to put your message in front of customers, employees or event-goers in a moment they cannot ignore. Companies have used custom-printed toilet rolls to highlight workplace-safety reminders, run health campaigns, recruit new staff, gently mock competitors at trade-show booths and turn corporate restrooms into a branding moment. Other names you might know it by: bespoke toilet roll, branded TP, custom WC paper, printed toilet tissue, novelty toilet roll, promotional bog roll.

What you can and cannot print. The print runs as a continuous repeating pattern along the length of the roll — not as one design per sheet. This is a fundamental production constraint: the paper is too flexible to register reliably against the perforation, and the printing and perforating happen on separate machines, so the perforation lines fall in inconsistent places relative to the artwork. The print is best suited for repeating patterns, all-over backgrounds, recurring slogans, small logos at short intervals, or single-line messages that read sensibly on whichever sheet a customer happens to tear off. Up to 2 PMS colours work well; full-colour printing on toilet paper is not a viable option. Materials and choices. Virgin-pulp tissue paper, 2-ply for a cheaper novelty run or 3-ply for everyday comfort. Choose a short small-roll length for a giveaway gimmick or a standard household length for company toilets and stocking. Embossed (debossed) tissue is softer in use; smooth tissue is more readable for any text in your design. The print survives a few wipes but stays as a recognisable repeating motif rather than a sharp graphic — set expectations accordingly.
